Is there anything you wished you had known as a beginner?: 
Lots and lots - its a craft that you build on every day. Modern letterpress demands sharp clean impression into the stock. When letterpress was the everyday printing means (or back in the 70's) - impression on stock was a big no no. Nowdays - its the norm. Its interesting how demand has changed and an old craft of printing is now appreciated in a different form
