Our studio started with our desire to work together in an environment where we could be creative and independent. Our combined backgrounds in the arts, teaching, accounting, and business allowed us to quickly launch the studio 4 months after deciding this is what we wanted to do. We found the greatest building that was built in 1909 as the original Bank & Trust of Pollocksville. Our 1917 C&P fit perfectly in the building. With some labor and love, we transformed the building into our studio. Our ribbon cutting was April 29, 2011 with an amazing turnout - including the Mayor and many other great guests. We continue to learn and grow daily - and love letterpress!
