Interview with Jeffrey from 7 Point Press
When did you start letterpress printing?:
2008, as a way to relieve stress. It isn't working.
What do you like best about letterpress printing?:
The method. The results sure aren't anything to brag about.
What inspires you?:
The thought that someday I'll get it right.
How would you describe your artwork?:
Very conventional.
What kind of products do you create?:
Reproduction classic books (working on 1843 A Christmas Carol right now) and Hatch Show Print-type posters.
Do you offer custom work?:
Is there anything you wished you had known as a beginner?:
Not to start with letterpress. It's an addiction.
